Dialer Digital Academy
Leer en español: Academia Dialer Digital.
Welcome to the Academy — the operator's school. This is a guided path of short modules (5–10 minutes each) that follows the real dashboard flow exactly: from your first sign-in to reading penetration analytics like an agency owner.
🖱️ Start with the Interactive guide
Before reading (or instead of it), go to the button-by-button interactive guide: you press each button of the product in a safe simulation and it tells you on the spot what it does and what you should expect (including the compliance or billing consequence). Learning by doing, without dialing anyone.
It is written for the people who run a collection floor every day: agency owners, supervisors, compliance officers and collectors. There is no code here — if you are looking for APIs and WebSockets, go to Developers.
Three ideas before you click
Everything else builds on these:
1. Compliance happens before the call
Most dialers report violations after they happened. Dialer Digital flips that: every dial attempt goes through hard gates (Reg F 7-in-7, permitted hours in the consumer's time zone, DNC) before it is originated. If a gate says no, the call simply never exists — and the decision is frozen as evidence in your audit trail. Module 4 is about this.
2. You bring the carrier, we bring the software
You can call in two ways, and each is charged differently. With BYOC (Bring Your Own Carrier) you connect your own SIP trunks: your carrier bills you its minutes and we do not resell them; what we charge is the per-seat price. With the platform lines you call over our trunks: we do meter and charge those minutes, first out of your plan's minutes allowance and, when it runs out, out of your balance. In both cases we route, pace and apply the gates. Module 7 has the detail.
3. The debt is the unit of compliance; the person, the unit of contact
Reg F frequency limits count per debt (per external_ref, the account number), not per person. A consumer with three accounts in your portfolio has three independent 7-in-7 counters. Analytics, on the other hand, deduplicate per person — Module 6 explains why that matters.
The path
Take it in order — each module assumes the previous one:
| Module | You learn to | Time |
|---|---|---|
| 1 · First launch | Sign in with your email and password and read the owner dashboard. | ~5 min |
| 2 · Import your portfolio | Upload your CSV: mapping, E.164 report, dedupe without surprises, download the attempt return — and find an account from any screen. | ~10 min |
| 3 · Your first campaign | The 3-step wizard, per-day hours, the account calling hours, the retry policy, list health before activating, reusable lists across campaigns — and why 3% is locked. | ~8 min |
| 4 · Compliance that defends you | Gates, block reasons, and what to show a lawyer. | ~8 min |
| 5 · Run the day | Live floor, dispositions and retries, callbacks, promises to pay and the rewind ritual — with saved segments and the AMD filter. | ~10 min |
| 6 · Measure what matters | Penetration per person; connect vs. real contact; promises and kept rate per campaign; the per-day breakdown, which time zone cuts it — and the best call window. | ~7 min |
| 7 · Your plan and your invoice | Plans, seats, DIDs, platform-line minutes, the plan upgrade, the Voice AI add-on and reading your invoice. | ~6 min |
| 8 · Supervise the live floor | Listen, whisper, barge and takeover — with evidence on every click. | ~7 min |
| 9 · Protect your numbers | DID health, short-call rate and when to rotate a number. | ~6 min |
| 10 · Take calls | Inbound routes, key-press menus, queues with overflow and the opt-out line — and when a queue takes calls. | ~8 min |
| 11 · Invite your team | One user per person: invite, accept with the password the person chooses, resend and disable. | ~5 min |
| 12 · Account security | Two-step verification (2FA), Single Sign-On (SSO), sign-in audit, login policy, support access and single session. | ~10 min |
| 13 · BYOC trunks | Registering and provisioning your trunk, the destination allowlist, the company-wide trunk, platform lines and trunk health. | ~8 min |

| 17 · Advanced analytics | Anomaly alerts, the report builder and cost by campaign, carrier and agent. | ~10 min |
| 18 · A/B tests and segments | Compare campaign variants with an A/B test and read its verdict, save a segment and pass it to a list, and read “Best time to call”. | ~8 min |
| 19 · Your agent team | Add seats and know your plan ceiling, plan shifts, read occupancy (and who turns it on), live capacity and coverage. | ~8 min |
| 20 · The agent workstation | Softphone and audio, auto-answer, dialing by hand, the debtor panel, transfer, conference, the regulatory script and the monitoring notice — and which flags ship off. | ~10 min |
| 21 · Integrations | API keys, webhooks to your CRM, the widget inside your CRM and click-to-call on your website. | ~10 min |
| 22 · Voice AI | Create an AI agent with its mandatory disclosure and voice, test it in the sandbox, follow live conversations, take over, pause all AI dialing and what happens if the consumer asks for a person. | ~9 min |
| 23 · A/B test your AI agent | Compare variants of an AI agent, read the verdict and “Not enough data yet”, the safety stop and what drift alerts do (and do not do). | ~8 min |
The screenshots come from the product design
The module illustrations come from the official UI mockups. Where the design shows something the current version does not do yet, the real product shows it disabled with a "pending" chip — we never fake functionality, neither in the software nor in these docs.
